في إطار كوميدي رومانسي يتزوج عمر من حبيبته نسمة رغم رفض والدها الشديد للأمر، وبعد انتهاء حفل الزفاف، إذا ببعض الرجال المجهولين يعتدون على سيارة العروسين، فيطلب عمر من زوجته أن تهرب، وأثناء هروبها يقع لها حادث سيارة، وتنقل إلى المستشفى وبعد إفاقتها من الغيبوبة، تُصاب بصدمة شديدة، وترفض رؤية زوجها عمر لعدم شعورها بالأمان برفقته، فيضطر عمر للتوجه لطبيب نفسي لمساعدته في حل المشكلة.
