رمزي يعمل خادمًا بإحدى الفنادق ويعول أسرته، ونتيجة للأعباء المادية المتزايدة عليه، يلجأ إلى سرقة المال من أحد زبائن الفندق والفرار بها، وعندما تتم ملاحقته من قبل رجال الشرطة يختبيء بأحد المطاعم ويقرر المكوث به حتى تهدأ الأوضاع. بعد حين من الزمن يكتشف نية زوجة صاحب المطعم وتخطيطها للتخلص من زوجها.
