تدور الأحداث حول شاب " أحمد عيد" يعمل موظفا يسكن بجوار شاب متعدد العلاقات النسائية.. ومن خلال النافذة يتلصص على جاره ويشاهده مع الفتيات في غرفة النوم.. يغير جاره مكان السرير فلا يتمكن من المشاهدة.. فيقرر أن يدخل الشقة مثل اللصوص وهناك يتعرف على فتاة ويحبها.. وفي يوم من الأيام يشاهد جاره وهو يقوم بضربها على رأسها بآلة حادة فيراه ويدخل الشقة محاولا إنقاذها فيتهم بمحاولة قتلها.. ويحاول خلال أحداث الفيلم إثبات براءته.
